- Completion of post-secondary education in computer applications/science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service Desk role.
- Customer Service skills.

- Intermediate MS Windows and MS Office skills.
- Intermediate Macintosh OS and hardware skills.
- Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
- Computer maintenance experience.
- Ability to self-motivate to complete tasks without direct supervision.
