You will work collaboratively with the help desk staff and contribute to enhancing healthcare delivery through technology.
About You
Required:
- Enrolled in a Computer Science, Information Systems, or a technically equivalent undergraduate degree program or equivalent military experience.
- Basic knowledge of hardware, Windows 10/11, Office365, and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to multi-task and work within time constraints.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
