About the Role

As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving desktop support requests, configuring and troubleshooting hardware and software issues, diagnosing desktop systems, supporting AV technologies, and managing hardware inventory. You will communicate directly with end users to identify and resolve technical issues while adhering to service standards.

About You

Required:

5-7 years of experience in desktop support.
Thorough working knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures required for the job.

Preferred:

Experience providing technical support rather than administrative support.
Ability to perform varied and complex tasks and make decisions within broad parameters.
