About the Role
As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal workstation performance by installing and upgrading hardware and software, processing Help Desk calls, providing employee training, and maintaining IT inventory. You will also troubleshoot various computer and printer issues, oversee network cabling installations, and support outside presentations.
About You
Required:
- Associate degree in Information Technology/Information Systems or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- CompTIA A+, Net+, Security+, Server+ or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
