Summary
Cable One/Sparklight Careers is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist I to join their team in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves providing technical support and managing access requests for internal customers.
About the Role
As a Desktop Support Specialist I, you will be responsible for responding to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) access requests, maintaining access management systems, processing onboarding and offboarding, and tracking customer incidents through the ServiceNow ticketing system. You will also document troubleshooting methods and maintain documentation regarding best practices.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or university; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and 11.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Detail-oriented.
Preferred:
- Six months to one year experience with Microsoft Active Directory.
- Familiarity with SOX compliance.
- Powershell knowledge.
