About the Role
As a Desktop Support Technician I, you will be the central point of contact for all IT-related incidents and service requests. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, assisting users with IT-related issues, taking ownership of problems, accurately documenting requests, installing and configuring new IT equipment, and maintaining a high level of customer service. You will work in a dynamic environment, providing support over the phone, via email, and in person, while also creating and maintaining support documentation.
About You
Required:
Previous experience of working in an IT support role.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MAC client operating systems.
Excellent IT skills and computer literacy.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional manner.
Preferred:
Experience in a healthcare facility setting.
