TEKsystems is seeking a Desktop Support professional to join their team in Whitestown, IN. The role involves supporting tickets and peripherals in a distribution center, with a focus on troubleshooting and customer service.
About the Role
As a Desktop Support professional, you will spend 70% of your time in the distribution center addressing previously entered tickets and 30% supporting users remotely. Your responsibilities will include managing ServiceNow tickets, troubleshooting Zebra and mobile devices, supporting Microsoft Active Directory, and ensuring timely resolution of technical issues in a 24/7 environment. You will also onboard new employees, perform diagnostics, and contribute to process improvements.
About You
Required:
- Experience in troubleshooting and help desk support.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and ticketing systems.
Preferred:
- Background in distribution center or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with Zebra printers and mobile device management (MDM).
- Strong customer service skills and adaptability to change.
