About You
- Associates degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Knowledge of desktop and/or infrastructure support.
- Working knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Technical writing and coding/programming competency.
- Experience with cloud and SaaS services.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
