About the Role
As a Developer Productivity Engineer, you will own the build/test/deploy processes, improve monorepo productivity, drive excellence in testing, and support a multi-region and multi-cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with engineering teams to enhance their productivity and ensure operational excellence.
About You
Required:
- Strong development fundamentals with experience in improving build/test/deploy processes.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred:
- Experience as a member of a developer-productivity team.
- Proven track record of delivering code that improves developer productivity metrics.
Benefits
- Salary range of $180k–$320k, location independent.
