About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, real estate or other related field.
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily development, with at least two LIHTC full-cycle projects completed.
- Strong knowledge of LIHTC, public financing programs, and affordable housing policy.
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- MRED, MSF, or relevant master’s degree.
- Experience working with public agencies, lenders, investors, architects, engineers, and construction teams.
