About the Role
As a Development Officer, you will collaborate with the Director of Development to establish a robust annual giving program, manage a portfolio of current and prospective donors, and develop strategies to maximize philanthropic contributions. Your responsibilities will include conducting donor visits, preparing proposals, and coordinating stewardship experiences to ensure donor engagement and satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 5 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, sales, and/or business development, with a focus on cultivating relationships.
