Summary
QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Project Manager (MEP/CX Data Center Construction) to join their team in New Albany, OH. The role involves leading and managing design, preconstruction, and construction activities for data center projects.
About the Role
As a Development Project Manager, you will manage multiple projects, maintain budgets and schedules, create updates for executive reviews, and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop master plans for data center sites. You will also oversee entitlement and permitting needs, write scopes of work, evaluate pricing proposals, and ensure project completion on time and within budget.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
- Five or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
Preferred:
- MBA, Masters in Engineering, Management, or related field.
- Experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities.
- Extensive experience with management of MEP trades.
