About the Role
As a Developmental Coach, you will work directly with clients to assess their needs and provide hands-on training in daily living skills and work readiness. You will implement service strategies, assist clients with self-help tasks, maintain records, and ensure compliance with medication administration guidelines. The position requires traveling to clients' homes and working in a fast-paced environment with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver License.
- Completion of DSP or DD Aide training.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting adults in a community day services setting.
