About the Role
As a DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for managing CI/CD pipelines, DNS and SSL management, platform monitoring, and ensuring infrastructure readiness across a multi-platform digital experience stack. You will collaborate with developers, support, and IT teams to ensure secure, performant, and stable delivery of web services for global users.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or web operations.
- STEM related Bachelor’s Degree (e.g., computer science, computer engineering, software engineering, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and Git-based deployment workflows.
- Experience with DNS configuration, SSL certificate management, and CDN/edge cache strategies.
- Familiarity with platform-as-a-service (PaaS) environments.
- Experience supporting CMS platforms in multi-environment CI/CD setups.
- Understanding of monitoring tools, log aggregators, and alerting strategies.
- Knowledge of secure deployment practices and rollback planning.
Preferred:
- Experience integrating cloud infrastructure with identity platforms (OIDC/SAML-aware routing, DNS zone control).
- Exposure to Terraform, Ansible, or similar infrastructure-as-code tools.
