About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with on-prem DevOps environments.
- Proven expertise in Docker and Kubernetes (on-prem clusters).
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Solid hands-on experience supporting enterprise Java applications.
- Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking, and system administration.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, Maven/Gradle builds.
- Knowledge of security best practices, vulnerability management, and incident response.
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Exposure to Azure DevOps or Azure cloud services (hybrid readiness).
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, etc.).
- Knowledge of container security, image scanning, and policy enforcement.
- Experience in legal, financial, or other regulated enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
- Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical systems.
