Danaher Corporation is seeking a Diagnostics Solutions Executive to join their team in a fully remote capacity. The role involves partnering across Danaher Diagnostics Operating Companies to provide diagnostic solutions to top accounts in the United States.
About the Role
As a Diagnostics Solutions Executive, you will cultivate strong relationships with customers, define CXO Account strategies, and collaborate with commercial teams to create insightful account plans. You will lead strategic business plans, utilize DBS tools for sales campaigns, and ensure successful installation and maintenance of services. The position requires managing complex deals and developing relationships within the C-suite of select accounts.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably within business or sciences); master's degree preferred.
- Twenty plus years of sales experience, with at least fifteen in a hospital or laboratory.
- Proven ability to manage large, complex deals.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent presentation skills; demonstrated ability to conduct executive level presentations.
- Customer focused mindset.
- Solid project management skills.
Preferred:
- Previous experience in hospital operating financials and healthcare economics.
- Experience in research.
- Background in marketing/communications.
- People management experience.
