About the Role
As a Dialysis Nurse Supervisor RN, you will coordinate patient care plans, supervise clinical staff, ensure safe and compassionate dialysis delivery, build long-term relationships with patients and families, and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
About You
Required:
- Current RN license and CPR certification.
- 18+ months RN experience, including 6+ months dialysis.
- Charge RN readiness approval required.
- ADN required.
Preferred:
- BSN preferred.
- ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred.
- CNN/CDN certification a plus.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook).
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
