About the Role
As a Dialysis Patient Care Technician - PCT Preceptor, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of hemodialysis machines, monitoring patients during treatment, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also assist in training new staff and participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient care.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or G.E.D. required.
- Valid PCT national certification or state specific certification as defined by Center for Medicaid/Medicare (CMS).
- At least five years patient care experience in a hospital setting or a related facility preferred.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated commitment to organization culture, values, and customer service standards.
