About the Role

As a Dialysis Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will work directly with patients to provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatment. Your responsibilities will include gathering patient stats, initiating and monitoring treatment, and collecting blood samples. You will also prepare and maintain dialysis machines, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality control measures.

About You

Required:

High school graduate or equivalent.
Desire to work in healthcare and care for patients.
Successful completion of USRC training program approved by the Medical Director within 8 weeks of hire.
CPR certification required within 90 days of hire.

Preferred:

Previous healthcare experience in dialysis, phlebotomy, or as a CNA.
Comfortable mixing acids and bicarbonate according to protocol.
Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
