Encompass Health is seeking a Dialysis RN to join their team in Fort Myers, FL. The role involves providing essential care to dialysis patients amid their rehabilitation.
About the Role
As a Dialysis RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to inpatients in need of hemodialysis, supervising care and treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns. You will also build rewarding relationships with patients and educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care and standards.
About You
Required:
- Current RN licensures as required by state regulations.
- CPR certification
- 6 months dialysis nursing experience required.
Preferred:
- ACLS within 1 year of hire
- CRRN certification preferred (If you don't have it, we can help you to obtain it!)
- 1 year of experience in inpatient hospital setting preferred.
