- Proven experience as a Die Repair Technician or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of die repair techniques and tools.
- Proficiency in using machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
