About the Role
As a Die Setter, you will be responsible for determining proper press settings for ejection, fill, and compaction from part blueprints. You will qualify and prepare PM tooling for installation, identify required adaptations for successful tool stack-up, and install all necessary tooling. Additionally, you will review shoe conditions, use inspection equipment to qualify setups, perform routine maintenance, and maintain a safe and organized work environment.
About You
Required:
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to use inspection equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of press operations and tooling setups.
- Experience with routine maintenance and safety protocols.
