About the Role
As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for reviewing, preparing, and serving meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes. You will ensure that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner, perform dishwashing and cleaning procedures, and deliver food and snacks as instructed. Additionally, you will follow infection control precautions and maintain the sanitation of food service areas.
About You
Required:
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must maintain the care and use of supplies and equipment, and perform regular inspections of food service areas for sanitation and safety.
Preferred:
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm.
- Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing food practices.
