About the Role

As a Dietary Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing dietary operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing training and consultation to dietary leaders. You will develop policies and procedures, conduct workshops, and collaborate with various departments to enhance food and nutrition services. The position requires 50% travel within the metro area and Eastern Minnesota.

About You

Required:

CDM (Certified Dietary Manager) and CFPP (Certified Food Protection Professional) or a licensed registered dietitian required.
If not CDM certified, Serv Safe required within the first year of hire.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
One year experience within food and nutrition at management and consultation levels preferred.
Executive chef experience preferred.
Previous work experience in hospitals, food service, education, regulatory agencies preferred.
