OnTray is seeking a Dietary Manager to join their team in Downers Grove, IL. The role involves partnering with the Dietitian to oversee the Dietary Department's operations and ensure quality nutritional services.
About the Role
As a Dietary Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operation of the Dietary Department. Your duties will include developing job descriptions, reviewing policies, processing diet changes, maintaining food storage, and ensuring compliance with dietary regulations. You will also assist in budget management and participate in facility surveys.
About You
Required:
High school diploma.
Food Service Sanitation Manager Certification.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, nursing care facility, or related medical facility.
Knowledge of dietary practices and procedures, as well as laws and regulations governing dietary functions.
