About the Role
As a Certified Dietary Manager, you will contribute to dietary success by planning and implementing diets and menus, overseeing dietary staff, documenting care goals, and ensuring compliance with sanitation requirements. You will work Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with evenings and weekends as needed.
About You
Required:
- Current Certified Dietary Manager certification required.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a food service supervisor in longer term care / skilled facilities preferred.
