About the Role
As a Dietary Supervisor HCC, you will be responsible for supervising the food service program, maintaining staffing and inventory levels, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and promoting the importance of the Dining Services Department to residents. You will also recruit, train, and monitor staff performance, coordinate menu planning, and ensure high-quality food presentation and service.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in the food service industry with at least two (2) years in a supervisory capacity.
Preferred:
- Degree in food or nutrition services.
- Serve Safe certification.
