About the Role
As a Dietician - Lifestyle Health, you will conduct thorough assessments of patients' health histories and dietary habits, develop personalized nutrition plans, monitor patient progress, and engage in collaborative discussions with an interdisciplinary team. You will also conduct group education sessions and keep abreast of current research in nutrition and weight management.
About You
Required:
- Master’s Degree in Nutrition Science or Nutritional Education.
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- License in Massachusetts and New Hampshire required within the first 90 days of employment.
- 3 years of current clinical experience in ambulatory or acute care settings, specializing in adult patient care.
Preferred:
- Experience in providing nutrition support with at least 30% of time focused on this area.
