About the Role
As a Part-Time Dietitian, you will assess patients' knowledge of diet and kidney disease, provide education tailored to their learning needs, and participate in the development of individualized care plans. You will monitor patients' nutritional status, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, and ensure adherence to established guidelines and regulations. Your responsibilities will also include documenting progress, identifying malnourished patients, and recommending treatment changes as necessary.
About You
Required:
- Registered Dietitian as per Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Minimum of 1-year professional work experience in clinical nutrition as a Registered Dietitian.
Preferred:
- Board Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition.
- Previous renal experience.
