Summary
PwC is seeking a Director for Digital Assurance & Transparency - Responsible AI to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves overseeing multiple multidisciplinary teams in the design, development, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of full-stack AI solutions.
About the Role
As the Director, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across AI solution delivery teams, manage the full lifecycle of AI models, and ensure quality control and continuous improvement of AI solutions. You will also develop stakeholder relationships and promote technical innovation while navigating emerging technologies.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role managing multiple multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred:
- An advanced degree.
- Proven track record of hands-on experience in architecting, delivering, and managing AI and machine learning solutions.
- Specialization in Python, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and other relevant technologies.
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Extensive experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD.
