Summary

About the Role
As a Digital Director, you will be responsible for bringing new digital wallet features to market, managing cross-product coordination, and maintaining visibility into industry trends. You will independently lead projects, develop executive-ready presentations, and utilize metrics to improve existing digital wallet capabilities. Additionally, you will manage a large program or portfolio of projects, promote governance and risk management best practices, and build alliances across multiple levels within the bank.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years' experience in a product management or project management role.
- Proven ability to communicate complex topics to stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
- Ability to influence and partner with technical and non-technical business teams.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Bank change management requirements and integration with UCRA, CAST, Jira, etc.
- Working knowledge of payment card tokenization processes.
- Experience with running Digital projects at Bank of America.
