About the Role
As a Digital Engineer - Simulation Lead, you will be responsible for providing consultative assistance in the use of products, testing and troubleshooting systems, and ensuring successful software rollout through customer training. You will demonstrate expertise in configuring and implementing software solutions effectively, ensuring resources are in place for on-time and on-budget implementation.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in Information System, Engineering or Business Administration.
- 8+ years of experience in industrial automation, energy, power and water, and oil and gas industries.
- Experience with Operator Training Systems (OTS), simulation software, and dynamic modeling.
- Strong strategic planning, problem-solving, and operational efficiency skills.
Preferred:
- Expertise in process optimization, asset management, and regulatory compliance.
- Effective communication with stakeholders and managing partnerships.
- Demonstrated change management and adaptability in evolving energy markets.
- Budgeting, cost control, and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop teams.
