About You
- 3-5 years of experience in e-learning, instructional design, digital content production, or other relevant background.
- Hands-on experience with Synthesia or similar AI-driven video tools.
- Strong writing skills for learning scripts, quizzes, and media.
- Knowledge and understanding of video editing and authoring tools (FCPX, Premiere, Articulate 365, Adobe Captivate, etc.).
- Proficient with LMS platforms (currently using Absorb).
- Strong client-facing communication skills.
- Comfortable supervising freelancers/vendors.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
- Experience delivering training in industrial or frontline environments.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- A portfolio showcasing digital learning or media projects.
