About the Role
As a Digital Literacy Specialist, you will develop and follow a training series, collaborate with staff and community partners, conduct one-on-one sessions, and assist clients in accessing technology. You will also maintain records, train staff and volunteers, and ensure program eligibility requirements are met.
About You
Required:
- Undergraduate degree in a related field strongly preferred or equivalent years of related work experience and education.
- High level of familiarity with digital literacy and computer skills.
Preferred:
- Prior experience working with refugee, immigrant, and low-income populations.
- 1+ years’ experience with instruction/training, case management, or coaching.
