About the Role

As a Digital Marketing & Demand Generation Manager, you will lead all aspects of digital marketing, including marketing automation, SEO/SEM, paid media, and analytics. You will design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, manage website strategy and optimization, oversee paid media campaigns, and collaborate with various teams to ensure alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities will also include defining key metrics for campaign performance and delivering insights to leadership.

About You

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
6+ years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation, preferably in B2B or industrial sectors.
Strong knowledge of marketing automation (Pardot, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM (Salesforce).
Proven success in developing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

Preferred:

Experience managing SEO, SEM, paid social, and account-based marketing (ABM).
Knowledge of working with OEMs, channel partners, or dealership models.
