About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Analyst, you will be responsible for managing analytics for the marketing team, building dashboards, evaluating campaign performance, and continuously refining strategies. You will also optimize SEO and generative search strategies, create and manage content, and leverage AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency. Additionally, you will assist with marketing automation and lead generation processes.
About You
Required:
- 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing analytics, SEO, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience using data to inform and improve content or campaign strategy.
- Proficiency with analytics tools: GA4, Search Console, SEMrush or Ahrefs.
- Experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and genuine curiosity about building with them.
- Strong writing and editing skills to create and refine content independently.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how search algorithms are evolving with AI.
