Summary

Cella is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing marketing team in Franklin, Tennessee. This newly created role focuses on driving results through digital channels and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate high-quality inbound leads, manage social media channels, oversee external agencies, analyze campaign performance, and assist in managing paid campaigns.

About You

Required:

Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation.
Strong analytical skills to track and report on digital campaign performance.
Experience managing external partners, particularly in creative and web development.

Preferred:

Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
Strong working knowledge of digital marketing tools and content platforms.
A proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable team player.
