About You
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years’ experience in software testing with proven capability in leading test planning and execution within digital projects.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and test methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Demonstrable experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber, Postman).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience in managing and mentoring test teams.
- Hands-on knowledge of defect tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, TestRail).
- Exposure to cloud platforms, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
