Summary
Komatsu is seeking a Digital Region Manager for Job Site Position and Digital Construction Solutions in the East Region. The role focuses on driving the commercialization and customer adoption of jobsite enhancing solutions that complement Komatsu's core machine products.
About the Role
As a Digital Region Manager, you will be responsible for promoting Smart Construction solutions and intelligent machine control equipment to enhance customer operations. This includes pitching strategic customer opportunities, collaborating with distribution teams, and mentoring them on effectively promoting these solutions. You will also work closely with various teams at Komatsu to ensure successful onboarding and support for customers, aiming to demonstrate the value of digital solutions in improving productivity.
About You
Required:
- University degree (B.S./B.A.) in Civil Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Land Surveying.
- 5+ years of experience selling and promoting digital solutions in the construction, quarry, or mining industries.
Preferred:
- Understanding of earthmoving/construction jobsite operations and business practices.
- Expertise with construction software (HCSS, B2W, Propeller, Autodesk, Procore) and 3D GPS machine control technology (Topcon, Trimble, Leica).
