Summary

About the Role
As the Director of Business Development, you will be responsible for achieving the desired utilization of the organization's services through effective marketing strategies. This includes assessing customer needs, maintaining referral relationships, planning events, providing tours, and seeking new business opportunities. You will work in a collaborative environment focused on patient care and team support.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Prior marketing and/or sales experience within a behavioral healthcare setting.
Preferred:
- Master's of Business Administration or related field.
- Knowledge of the Memphis and Southwest Tennessee behavioral health marketplace.

Compass Intervention Center
Compass Intervention Center is located in Southwest Tennessee. This convenient location provides access to larger communities in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas. We work with children and families throughout the United States, including military families overseas. Compass Intervention Center is a free standing residential treatment center open to male and female children and adolescents from ages 10 to 17. Intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization services are available to male and female adolescents ages 12 to 17. We are available by phone 24 hours per day 7 days per week to answer questions and schedule assessments.
