Summary
Roxbury Treatment Center is seeking a Director of Clinical Services to oversee clinical programs on their Substance Use Disorder and Acute Psychiatric units in Shippensburg, PA. This senior leadership position reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
About the Role
As the Director of Clinical Services, you will provide leadership and strategic planning for clinical services programs, ensuring they meet community needs and performance goals. Responsibilities include managing administrative processes, promoting a therapeutic environment, and developing clinical treatment programs.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree or above in Chemical Dependency, Psychology, Social Work, or related field with a practicum in health or human service agency.
- Minimum of five years experience in psychiatric/mental health field.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- Appropriate state licensure in mental health or social services.
Preferred:
- Three years experience in advanced clinical/management practice.
- Strong knowledge of The Joint Commission, DHS, and patient rights standards.
