About the Role
As the Director of Facility Services Engineering/Plant Operations, you will provide direct oversight and management of Facility Services, including Maintenance and Environmental Services. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, coordinate plant operations, and lead a team of maintenance staff. This position requires spending up to 25% of the time at the AL Clinical School (ACS) and involves responsibilities such as safety officer duties, budget management, and ensuring the safety and functionality of hospital facilities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred.
- 10+ years of facility maintenance leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current Driver's license.
Preferred:
- Certified healthcare facility manager.
- Demonstrated skill in planning, organizing, and achieving objectives.
- Basic computer skills.
