About You
- Bachelor's Degree in management, business, or a healthcare-related field.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in medical staff services within a hospital setting.
- Documented experience with multiple medical staff departments and committees.
- Experience with Joint Commission surveys and medical staff database technology.
- Strong knowledge of medical staff credentialing and privileging processes.
- Ability to draft revisions to documents for compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate effectively.
