About You
- Successful completion of a Personal Care Aide (PCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services, OR
- Successful completion of a Direct Care Aide (DCA) training program approved by the Virginia Department of Social Services.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
- Capacity to work independently while also demonstrating a team player mentality.
- Passion for serving older adults and enhancing their quality of life.
- Recent graduates are welcome; training on processes and culture will be provided.
