About the Role
As a Direct Juvenile Support Worker, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of youth in a structured environment. Your duties will include mentoring, monitoring behaviors, assisting with educational and recreational activities, and collaborating with professional staff to meet treatment goals. This position requires working 12-hour shifts, 3.5 days per week.
About You
Required:
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Pass a criminal background check, drug test, physical, and TB test.
- Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.
