About the Role
About You
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in inside or outside sales or related roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High learning agility and clinical acumen.
- Self-motivated with strong resilience.
- Basic understanding of the commercial and medical affairs industry.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong work ethic and successful working in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with sales metrics and reporting.
- 5+ years of experience in sales.
- Pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Recruitment services experience.
