About the Role
As a Direct Sales Representative, you will participate in a comprehensive sales training program that combines online learning with hands-on field training. You will manage your own territory, meeting with business owners to understand their insurance needs and presenting tailored solutions. Your responsibilities include utilizing Salesforce CRM for lead generation, responding to client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and building a client portfolio while collaborating with your sales manager to meet sales targets.
