Summary
AbleLight is seeking a Direct Support Professional / DSP / Caregiver to join their team in Renton and Bothell, WA. The role involves providing direct support and assistance to individuals of all ages to enhance their everyday life.
About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional / DSP / Caregiver, you will be responsible for helping residents with dining, mobility, health and hygiene activities, accompanying individuals while running errands, and attending special community occasions and fun activities. You will assist individuals in achieving their personal goals and desires, making a positive impact in their lives.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must possess a valid adult driver's license that is currently in good standing with a good record.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Preferred:
- Experience in caregiving or support roles is a plus, but not required.
