About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for implementing personalized treatment plans, engaging children aged 18 months to 8 years in learning activities, and maintaining a safe and organized therapy environment. You will work closely with a supportive team and may occasionally assist at nearby clinics.
About You
Required:
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
Preferred:
- Experience in childcare or mental health roles such as nanny, babysitter, or behavioral health technician
- Ability to maintain an active pace throughout the day
- Consistent attendance and punctuality
