About the Role
As a Direct Support Professional, you will ensure the needs of individuals are met consistently according to their plans, assist with daily living skills, provide safe transportation, administer medication, and maintain communication with management regarding individual performance. You will also participate in the development and implementation of individual plans and engage in projects that contribute to the growth of individuals.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver's License.
- DDS Med Certification (within first 6 months of employment).
- CPR certification.
- PMT certification.
- Knowledge and understanding of Intellectual Developmental Disabilities.
Preferred:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving abilities.
